What's unfortunately normal is seeing people taking selfies for the booster shot and the occasional personal info on public accounts
I'm just lurking to see the social age range.
 
Not a photo to share and I don't know more detail than this but my coworker was saying the 'science' for all this doesn't make sense. She and her 4 year old were out with a friend and kid the same age, drove together 4 hours to a train ride and ran for the train car out of breath so masks off, no one cared.
4 hour drive back after the train, spent the day together sharing food.
Later she learns the friend's kid was exposed to a covid outbreak at school so her own daughter needs to isolate and get tested. She explained the whole day but was told there's no reason to report to locations they were at , that she has very little risk if any as she's double vaxed. Then gyms are closed but you can go for karate classes.

Also I wanted to throw in listening to the radio stations on my drive into with today skipping around for songs, most with international women's day messages but cbc has to be the one saying celebrating women and non binary people

Despite my posts I just wanna shout out to how lax it's gotten in the lower mainland there are places where they don't even care to confirm vax status. This lovely waitress winked at me multiple times yes you do have your card I can scan your phone, she tapped the black screen. I was there for a friend outing.
 
Lol what's going on, the media this morning was encouraging people to do booster shots for updated protection now blah blah unvaccinated have a higher risk of death, I see this on Instagram
