This sounds like a win, right? It's not. Why isn't it a win? Because we're not actually solving the underlying problems. I will teach you a lesson in winning.

Canada's section 15 of the Charter which is an extension of the Human Rights Act operates on something called SUBSTANTIVE EQUITY. This is basically a fancy way of saying anti-White. This is why victim complexes are so important in Canada because if you're a victim, you're entitled to substantive equity but if you're not a victim, you aren't. That's me putting it in layman terms. The equity or fairness all of us understand is called formal equity aka true equity. Canada does not operate on true equity. That's why conservatives argue time and time again about what is fair but Canada's laws are literally designed to not be fair. It's not about fairness, it's about anti-White "equity". When HR says this is the most "diverse" group of hires ever and it's 9 black people, 1 asian and a White girl; they're basically saying that this is the most substantively equitable group of hiring candidates ever, and they would be right under Canadian law.
How do you win? Smith's idea sounds like winning but it's not. Winning is replacing substantive equity with formal equity. A provincial government can't do this but what a provincial government can do is the following:
This would be winning. it would be a giant fuck you to Ottawa that would hurt the anti-White oligopolies that run Canada and their Laurentian faggots right in their bank accounts, literally.
But what Smith is doing instead is meh, weak sauce, pathetic. Like a limp noodle. The leftists destroyed this country by slashing Canadians with knives 1000 different ways and she's basically putting a bandaid on one of the cuts. We need to HURT THE LEFTISTS. And she has the power to do the above which would be a huge blow to leftists. She's not doing it, which means we aren't winning.
UCP proposes banning public sector DEI hiring programs and mandatory training
The UCP government tabled a bill on Tuesday that would prohibit mandatory diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) training and DEI-based hiring programs across much of Alberta’s public sector, while expanding legal protections against the non-consensual distribution of intimate content.

How do you win? Smith's idea sounds like winning but it's not. Winning is replacing substantive equity with formal equity. A provincial government can't do this but what a provincial government can do is the following:
- Put a new law through to make illegal to hire based on substantive equity and make formal equity the law of the land (this will apply to all non-federally controlled companies not just Alberta's public sector).
- Use the notwithstanding clause to ensure the above law holds up if challenged through the Charter.
- Smith can then make it illegal for the entire Alberta government (including municipalities) to do business with any entity that follows substantive equity unless it can be justified that no alternative exists. This is important because many businesses like airports, banks, telecommunications, etc... are federally controlled and Alberta cannot ban substantive equity hiring practice but Alberta can ban municipalities from having a bank account with TD because ATB exists which isn't controlled by federal legalization so ATB doesn't have to follow substantive equity. This can go a step further and basically mandate that all public companies use starlink for internet instead of Telus/Rogers etc...
This would be winning. it would be a giant fuck you to Ottawa that would hurt the anti-White oligopolies that run Canada and their Laurentian faggots right in their bank accounts, literally.
