The risk to reward for killing someone is better than it is for threatening to kill someone because at least if you kill whomever you intend to threaten, they die and you and your people may benefit from it but a threat hardly scares anyone (accomplishes nothing) while still potentially landing you significant jail time. This should be common sense but it looks like every so often, some Canadian needs a reminder.
Also, if you do threaten anyone online you're more likely to get charged and a visit if you have a registered firearm so I recommend never registering firearms... Just a tip.
