Premier David Eby dissolves legislature, calls early B.C. election

BC people are about to affirm their status as the most stupid people of all the provinces. Eby is clearly calling in election after the BC Con leader stepped down because he realizes there's so much turmoil in the party, he can capitalize on it.

I predict a BC NDP Majority with the BC Cons and Libs (CentreBC) being mostly wiped out and OneBC gaining some of the stragglers who bail from BC Cons.

BC is among the hardest hit of all provinces from Trump's trade war. BC is only growing as a province because of government debt. The levels of new debt being added are unsustainable. Nearly every change the BC NDP have done have been worse for the province. I expect this to continue.

BC is a lost cause politically. There are a lot of radical people in the rural districts but the show is controlled by Vancouver and those people have no connection with the country or national interests

OneBC Party Platform Highlights:

• An immediate income tax cut of 50% on income under $100,000 and 25% cuts on all other personal & corporate income.
• Cut the cost of government by ending unfair subsidies for pet projects, industries, and identity groups, and by trimming the fat from a bloated bureaucracy
• Cut the red tape strangling BC business across all sectors. For every new regulation cut 10.
• Attract capital investment into rental housing by eliminating rent controls on new construction.
• Remove unnecessary and costly step code regulations.
• Equalize funding for Public, Private, Homeschooling, and Charter School options, and legislate education as an essential service.
• Legislate education as an essential service, ending abusive strikes.
• Allow for the creation of a private healthcare insurance market.
• End government-assisted suicide (MAiD), except in cases of terminal illnesses with unbearable suffering.
• Raise wages for BC workers by taking control over immigration, just as Quebec does.
• Axe CleanBC and the industrial carbon tax, which discriminate against BC energy companies and drive up costs for all British Columbians.

Etc... you get the idea. It's an actual party with real solutions. They won't win but BC does have a party with solutions. Solutions are easy. Canadians aren't. Again and again, Canadians will prove to be their own worst enemies.
