Just how bad is it with the DIEversity quotas for the Stasi of Carnie hall? How far have standards really fallen now that they are discriminating against whites? Now we have some damning figures
We already know that the participants are DIEversity hires for this changing statistic, so let's not pretend the changing figures happened on the basis of merit. Obviously they are not and standards have lowered. I can say, therefore:
And that's not the only damning fact. Here, in 2025, roughly 52.5% of the employee demography are likely basket cases. If we are charitable and exclude persons with disabillities, prehaps imagining them staffed with stephen hawkings types, then only 44% of CSIS staff are shit employees. That's pretty bad. If the graph were to extend to to pre-woke standards such as 2003 for a real comparison, I'd be able to tell you the exact percentage change of CSIS that are unskilled, incompetent, not fit for hiring, DIEversity hires. But in today's shithole Canada with its political taboos against natural talent, we can only guess.
There is one bright light in the incompetency report, however. The top leaders of CSIS such as Dan Rogers clearly understand DIEveristy and multiculturalism are responsible for violent radical extremism. See here in their special report on the subject:
Eroding social cohesion, a consequence of the putnam effect caused by multiculturalism. Increasing polarization, caused by the rise of race based identity politics which follows naturally from mass migration and the great replacement causing race based thinking. I see, so the problem is actually caused by Canada's multicultural disaster. Bravo Mr Rogers, it takes courage to speak out on the disaster of Trudeauism and the great replacement in our time.
