I haven't seen any whites at a Service Ontario in Toronto since the turn of the century. Whites are a rarity at the TTC too.

Learn French and press 2 pour francais. You'll get a weird accent on the other end as well, but at least the odds of them being white goes up.

I was in the middle of nowhere last week, as in actual nowhere and separated geographically from the mainland by quite a distance. That did not stop all the micro hotel workers from being temporary guest nigerians wearing hijabs.
