Seems pretty quiet on the FCW front

perhaps people have moved on to other pursuits or are just busy doing outside things in the brief two minutes of good weather we get around some of these parts of our fantastic country. who knows.

i'm currently occupied with our familial shitshow and trying not to drink myself to death anytime soon. i'm also trying to actually finish reading some damned books, but that always goes as well as it goes. summer is always a shitshow with work.

how are you doing @DripDrop?

As far as Canada goes, there's not much new, just the steady decline that we all saw coming. Indians pooping, chugs begging, muslims stabbing while liberals defend it all.
Trumps antics are boring, predictable and kosher as well so there's just not much to say.

I have been blackberry picking lately. I guess I could hire a jeet on the cheap to pick them for me....

Summer things usually quiet down a bit here due to nice weather..

However I do not go to provincial parks much anymore as all jeets and makes me sick...

I drive through Jasper a few times a year. Each time the popular stopping points seem to be getting more and more jeet filled. I stop in town for gas and that's it. Parks must be terrible places to visit now, if that's your jam.
 
Yeah I used to visit sheep River all the time. It was a hidden little gem I went there last year one weekend my God it was fucking jeets everywhere in the picnic area.

It was fucking sad.
 
I think Chobes already hit the nail on the head. I’m spending a lot of my free time these days learning Linux, networking, and other such things.
 
Linux and networking have been fairly big parts of my career, but I never learned 2 code. I've gotten decent with Python, I use AI to generate stuff quickly since I now know enough to troubleshoot the errors it often spits out. Nothing mission critical, just handy time-saving small programs.

Nothing will change in Canada without violence, and that's not happening anytime soon. People are still content to put their latest Costco binge on credit and worry about it tomorrow. If there was an election tomorrow, Mr Burns would probably get an even bigger majority despite overseeing an ever-more rapid decline.

Well truth be told this late really doesn't have many users. So there's not like there's ever a ton of post in a way. Also unfortunately a lot of posts on here tend to be black peeled at this point cuz everyone just feels there's no hope and are just giving up.

That's kind of why I'm doing the whole oh look I made a mosquito bucket. I made a weed killer just to have something a little different.

Yeah I know times right now are kind of shit and it's probably going to get worse but I looked at I t this way. The only thing I can do is control my attitude about it all and I try to keep a good attitudes. At least I can be happy. One thing that keeps me going is I know liberals and left is hate me. What a passion so that keeps me going just from that alone. I'm going to do well and try to be happy as I can just to spite those assholes. Me just being here and doing really good for myself. I know pisses them off so that makes me happy in itself and that's more than enough for me to keep going.
 
30 degrees, sun, five kids ... summer is short in Saskatchewan. Gonna make these days count.

On the other hand what you're going to complain about. Libs gonna lib, the US is stuck again in a war in the Middle East, tariff here, tariff there, forests burning. Feels like I lived through "these times" like already more than three times and I'm not even forty.
 
No sense in complaining since no one in Canada wants the status quo to change. They love immigrants, they love high taxes, they love an unaffordable country for everything.

Whether we like it or not we are small minority who wants things to change.

It is summer, so busy season for my job and even it is slow as the US economy is a steaming pile of shit despite what drumpf wants you to belive.

The family, vacation, golf and few short weeks of enjoyable summer mean posting slows down.
