It does actually. That's in section two. Section one is using threats, section two is doxing, section three is burgling houses and vandalizing vehicles.

Canadian antihate only USED to be funded by the government of canada (still is). But now officially, they just fund antifascist terrorists to attack and intimidate dissidents instead. That's more deniable and part of "our democratic values"...
