I foresee a similar scam as in Toronto: everyone will have some sort of tag or sticker claiming "elder status" in the same manner where you see "disabled" decals on Porsches and Land Rovers parked right in front of hospitals.

If they want to "de-colonize" hospitals, then close them. Let their magic river spirits perform by-pass surgeries and chemo treatments.
