It's springtime and we are prepping and expanding our garden. It was 30ft x 40ft but, there is a low spot on one end that I started filling in last year and it will add another 30ft x 20ft section. On our acreage there is a few rows of trees and caraganas with paths around or through them. Last fall we made a shortcut through one of the rows and noticed how lush and rich the soil was. Many years of leaves and other stuff decomposing into something majical. So, we decided to use the topsoil from that path, as well as another one, to finish filling in the low spot and top off the rest of the garden. If the weather is cooperative (no hail, please) I think we'll have an awesome garden this year.
 
I'm packing up my house so I can move soon. Gave notice to my job this week. Kind of sad got to give up all I've built cause Canada is retarded

I don't want to move but it's now or never. I hate Canada but Alberta is still my home and I love my house and I got a pretty good life.
