Canadian households were worth $1.08 million on average in 2025

Dumb move, property tax is based on house evaluation. Live in nice house pay massive taxes for rainbow crosswalks. The trick is to live in a ugly house thats nice on the onside and ugly on the outside. Dont ever get your house evaluated either.

WTF? Despite being gay and retarded Canadians are also apparently millionaires. Getting rich in this shithole must be easy.

Millionaires everywhere and no one can afford groceries.

People complain too much. I see work colleagues complain about how expensive food is while changing trucks every four years. Dude, you complain about paying $50 a week more for food while having a $1300 car payment.

I own 2 houses. Combined, they aren't worth half of that. Not in my part of the country, at least.

Obviously the stats are overinflated by Vancouver+, Toronto+ and Montreal+ that makeup like 1/2 of the Canadian population. If you live anywhere else, there's no way the average wealth is $1m except MAYBE Calgary and only now since covid when prices inflated there.

I live in an undesirable rural area, and I’d be lucky if my house attracted even a quarter of that. However, I am completely debt-free, a concept most Canadians don’t seem to understand.
