That's one way to interpret it. You could also interpret it as people who accuse the enemy as being represented by a flag also being ignorant. It's not the Zionists (represented by an Israeli flag), it's all jews.
Another way to interpret it is that the problem with the world are all governments so why would you promote a country that's represented by a flag? Your race is what matters and your race transcends flags.

I 100% believe Banksy is a globalist. You don't become "Banksy" unless you suck jewish dick. Also, one of the main guys (Robert Del Naja) who is suspected of potentially being Banksy was arrested on allegations of child pornography possession though he was released and not charged. Banksy said Robert was his largest inspiration for his work.
