Whats everyone eating this fine spring weekend?
I cooked up 10lbs of pickerel and 10lbs of chicken wings yesterday for the family. I used and egg wash and tossed in mix of regular fish crisp and cajun before deep frying. Luckily that's the only big meal I have to cook this weekend.
