Many of us have so much collective PTSD from the Covid era (and every other psyop before and since) that it's difficult to feel any trust or joy in any of the claimed achievements of governments. This is the kind of story that would have galvanized me with excitement when I was a teenager, but now I just think of the tremendous expense involved and how much easier it would be for them to pocket the money and digitally fake the whole thing

I no longer believe that our rulers do anything selflessly, but one possible reason for an authentic Moon mission might be to restore faith in government, which is at an all-time low throughout the West

I don't care about this space launch or "moon landing" they plan on doing.

It is all bread and circus.

We have real problems that no one in the government wants to admit or deal with, so distract the masses for a bit.

In my teens, twenties or thirties I would have been blown away by this and beyond excited. Alas, no more.
