TransLink to increase transit fares across system in July​

Starting on July 1, riders of Metro Vancouver’s transit services will see a fare increase of five per cent across the system.
The increases to monthly transit passes will also increase by five per cent, ranging costs from $117.20 to $211.65.
Fare increases in the next year are expected to be only two per cent.

  • ----> Transit company has NO MONEY (now needs $4.7 billion) <----
  • Company needs $600 million per year
  • Company needs $500 million per year, plus $2.9 billion per year, plus $3.4 billion per year

Plus they get 18.5 cents a litre on gas in Metro Vancouver and $2 a month from Metro Vancouver BC Hydro bills.
 
They space these commie announcements apart just enough so that no one sees a pattern. Even law enforcement.
But FCW keeps all receipts. And when we stack them all on a fatty pile, they paint a pretty obvious picture.
I wonder what A.I would have to say about this?
 
I’m so sick of funding the mobility of city retards in Vancouver and Toronto. If your shitty business model can’t work without massive cash injections once a year, it needs to be shut down. Boohoo the browns in mississauga and surrey wouldn’t be able to go downtown for cheap. Oh no. Tragedy.
