Who knows I’d say right now Iran is in complete disarray. It seems like they’re just firing missiles all over the place. Trump might as well be talking to a pizza guy for all he knows.

Iran operates such that it's not top-down for all operations. They ran more decentralized because they know top-down opens them up to assassinations which they aren't capable of preventing. The order was given at the start that decentralized groups can now manage themselves at will. This order can only technically be recinded by the Supreme Leader as far as I know.

This makes it tricky for negotiations because Trump might be talking to some fairly high ranking Iranian individuals (my sources say he's been negotiating with the head of Parliament) but that doesn't necessarily mean those individuals have the power to stop attacks.

The situation is a total mess now. The USA likely needs boots on the ground or they'll have to disable Iran's infrastructure to ensure no new missiles are made and distributed because some factions might keep fighting on. The Americans are not in control but Iran isn't necessarily in control either. It's chaos, caused by the Judeo-Americans.

Reuters reports the explosion happened around 7:30 p.m. local time, causing a blaze that burned for nearly five hours, which sent large plumes of smoke into the air and shook homes miles away, prompting a temporary shelter-in-place order for nearby residents.
According to Jefferson County Sheriff Zena Stephens, the explosion may have been caused by an industrial heater.
Officials later confirmed the fire was extinguished by Tuesday, with no injuries reported.
The refinery — Valero’s largest in Texas and one of the largest on the Gulf Coast — employs roughly 770 workers and processes up to 435,000 barrels of oil per day (bpd).
The incident comes as heightened geopolitical uncertainty around the ongoing conflict with Iran continues and tanker traffic is still being disrupted through the Strait of Hormuz — a critical chokepoint for global oil shipments.
