Research Wanted Real fear and hesitancy in Alberta needs to be addressed asap. Separation needs these people to stand up and sign to separate.

Today i was privileged to speak with many small business owners in Edmonton, Alberta. The gathering was about separation and its impact on their businesses and lives as well as their families.

At the meeting i outlined why separation is necessary and why they need to mobilize the people they know to sign on.

The number 1 issue that arose over time was fear. When fear was brought up the room became alive.

These individuals that make our province work are all afraid of reprisals and harm to their businesses they have taken a life time to build. They also know the left are violent and will not just persecute them but their family members as well who also have businesses, families etc etc. They fear the left.

To separatists in Alberta? How the hell do we address the elephant in the room. The elephant is genuine fear and hesitation. They do want to sign and tell others to sign up but they are very worried.

My solution was to tell them the referendum will be secure. I gave them examples. I showed them the physical proof that i could show. Proof that the referendums/petitions are not going the way of the NDP and that could only happen if the cheating system was removed. Proof Notley and the last election was the death of the NDP. Proof that the people genuinely want to separate. Proof the left are a very small minority and not the majority

My solution was if you wont sign then to show up at the referendum and place your mark to separate as we all know that we will meet the mark of separation and that the question will be added to the referendum at that time. I also stressed the need for their people to go referendum day and make their mark and to not fear reprisals / the left.

I did stress that a high volume of verified by elections Alberta signatures for separation is important to over ride the MSM media narrative that the stay in Canada people are more numerous then us leaving Canada. This would help over ride any cheating in the upcoming referendum as we build awareness in the publics sub conscious mind/ conscious mind that they cant win.

How do we get the fearful to stand up and sign to separate and show up referendum day!

These people have massive connections and from what i can tell 90% are hesitant to sign or tell others to sign as they fear reprisals and the violent left. 90% isnt a small number this is a massive loss if we cant get them onboard. Their connections in the cities are massive and their support for separation is needed.

Do i think they will show up for the referendum? Yes they will. Will they sign up to make the referendum happen?? no i don't think they will

I will meet again individually with many of these owners in the coming days and weeks. Any ideas or help is appreciated

Signers are def going to be doxxed, no way around it. Not enough signers, no referendum vote.

I think you tell them that when questioned, that they singed because this is the only way to get the Feds to open up Charter discussions. Then they can say the support Confederation but they have to have the lever of bringing Feds to the table.

This is what they think. They feel the signing process is gonna land them trouble.

I will add your points to what i will address with them. That does seem logical enough to swing some to sign and encourage others.

I wasnt aware so many are fearful to this degree. This opposition to signing caught me off guard

I'd have probably said something like this: "I knew a guy who was completely dissatisfied with Canada during COVID who told me he'd risk his life to die in a civil war if there was a reasonable chance his side could win and Canada would be made better if his side won but he doesn't want to stand on a hill all by himself, throwing his life away for nothing. Well, this is your reasonable chance to win Albertans. For many here, this is going to be your only chance in your lifetime. You won't get a better chance than this. Many of us have already put our businesses and livelihoods on the line for this. Look at (talk about some guys in the movement), etc... No one here today would be standing on a hill alone but the more people who do risk their livelihoods, the less risk it becomes for all involved. The left will attack you and there's nothing you can do to stop them. This is a war. The best you can do is strengthen your numbers but if you want a reasonable chance at a better Alberta, THIS IS IT! You won't get a better once. If you don't take this chance then the left has won and do you want to live the rest of your life paying 50%+ taxes that go to a federal government that hates you and gives away your resources to people that hare you while ensuring taxes are so high you'll never be able to generate substantial wealth in your lifetime, social programs that keep deteriorating and your retirement fund stability being entirely questionable? Canada is already lost but Alberta can still save itself if Albertans act now.
