I was thinking of that recently in Toronto when looking at photos showing two transit expansions: the Bloor Danforth subway extension to Warden in 1968, and the disastrous opening of the Finch tram line a week ago. I looked at photos from the '68 expansion, where everything worked perfectly, the crowd was...not diverse...well-dressed, the white men who ran the TTC in crisp uniforms and who exuded competence in contrast with the crowd at Finch: all BIPOC slop, even TTC representatives looking like slobs, a bullshit land acknowledgment and thoroughly incompetent DEI TTC and city staff launching a tram slower than the buses it's replacing. You can visually compare the decay.

While we can see that it's it's basically our ruling class that's sold us out ostensibly for financial reasons - cheaper labour, prop up the welfare state, etc etc... I think it's something deeper, at the "firmware" level. We have a societies that do so well we are able to overcome natural selection, which means that our genome degrades to the point that we become a sick society and there's something deep wthin us that turns us into Liberals, which ultimately serves the purpose of getting fresh blood/genetics into the gene pool.

It's the only explanation I have for why white women would be standing at a train station with "refugees welcome" signs for rapists and murderers... also that diagram that shows liberals have more affinity for outgroups than their own families. It's an 'emergency' mechanism to prevent us from going extinct due to degraded genetics. Nature doesn't care if we have indoor plumbing or go to the moon.

I hate to break it to you, but the ancient Egyptians weren't European stock (*at least not until Alexander) They did interact with and conquer various groups in the Middle East however. And no, that doesn't make them Sub Saharan Africans either.

I could maybe see more population mixing if they were adept sailors like the Phoenicians, but Egyptians were not good sailors - they were able to traverse the Nile because the wind tends to run south while Nile runs north, allowing them to sail upstream to go south and ride the current to go north. Leaving Egypt for any reason was a major deal, as the Egyptians did not want to die outside their homeland.
