This crap blew my mind when I came here, that you could be considered married and even a parent to the girlfriends’ child from just living together for the right amount of time. That and maternity leave - keeping a job for someone for a year or longer. Socialist paradise.

In answer to your question this lady was a renter. My fren didnt give her a rental agreement or any paperwork because he was young at the time and dumb. She realised he was an easy target and successful young fellow and tried her best to destroy him but lucky for him he was able to prove she was a renter and he was able to win the case brought against him but not before it cost him a lot of money to do and time. Lessons learned and i shall pass said lesson to all fellows and i guess it could work the other way around ladies too.
