We have a working version of a new forum add-on tested and installed now.
Inspired in part by a request from @BobSacamano a while ago.
What It Does:
The add-on is similar to our "Favourite Reactions" add-on , with its functionality instead centred on Thread Prefixes/Flairs.
The idea is to reduce the number of thread flairs in your menu, while also preserving other available thread flairs if you change your personal preferences accordingly.
There is a default set of thread prefixes chosen by the admins, organized loosely by themes (e.g., General, Canada, Conspiracies, Media, etc.).
Over time we will probably cycle to new defaults as old ones become less relevant, and/or, rotated out due to them being seasonal/holiday specific, such as a Christmas-themed Thread Flair developed by one of our mods @Niacin .
Each member can then chose their own personal preferences for their favourites to show up in their thread flair menu (up to 75).
How To Use It:
At the bottom of the menu, you can access your preferences:
Which looks like this:
Chose your favourites, press 'Save', then those will be in your menu.
If you want to use another Thread Prefix that isn't in your favourites, and you're at your max 75, simply unselect one or more, select the new one, and any prior use by you of the thread flair you unselected ought to be preserved, you just won't be able to use it again until you re-select it.
If you press the box at the bottom, all thread prefixes show up (not just your 1-75 favourites), but your favourites will be grouped at the top in a separate category for quicker access.
You can alternatively change your Favourite Prefixes via your account preferences:

We also added a few new thread prefixes/flairs to the roster
e.g.,
(There are one or two more patches to come, when they are made over the coming days it will reset your personal settings regarding your saved favourite thread prefix preferences)
