Vancouver or Victoria I would guess to be first Canadian city since they are both full of leftards. Although Toronto may be first too with Chow Chow as mayor and Toronto is full of leftists as well..

I thought i came across an article of Toronto discussing this. Whats scary is my wife was saying that there are sections of my neighbourhood with zero street lights on and its been like this for many months. I might go for a drive and go see if its the case then go into other neighbourhoods to see if its happening there as well. It wouldnt surprise me at all to find out they are turning off street lights in everyone's neighbourhoods and possibly rotating where there are street lights and not just so it doesnt look like its intentional. Normies do very little leg work as they are inherently lazy and not observant. Edmonton is dead broke as it is so corrupt so i wouldnt be shocked to see this occuring here all over.
