I think the website is conflating two different things.

What ended was the Canada Strong pass, which was available to all Canadians. Probably an automatically injected warning at the top of the page.

The Canoo app’s promotion for new residents has not expired, so the number of jeets will remain constant.

I asked Parks Canada and admission was free this summer with a 25% over-night camping discount.
