Mistrial

People still don't understand that we live in a gynocracy. 9 women all wanting her to get off. 2 simps scared of taking a stand against women. 1 man with adequate T levels standing his ground. A whole society ready to eviscerate the holdout. But no, apparently it's still a patriarchy to some or that women rule is still an alien concept to others.

Even if this monster gets to wheel away (cause she's paralyzed lmao) free, the self-wrought damage to foids here is immense. A lot of men more clued into the fact that the opposite sex has shockingly low average cognitive abilities and are so irresponsible they should have the same rights as children. How many women even mention that kids died, they dodge that and go to "MUH POST PARTUM." Millions of women, intellectually indistinguishable from literal retards, still thinking that some big true crime twist is coming down the pipe to prove that Patrick did it.

I've avoided the details of this case but decided to read the article. Truly horrific stuff. The reason there is a question at all is the stupid insanity defense that happens in the US and Canada. It really shouldn't be an option. Murder is murder. I don't care if you were out of your mind on drugs, drunk or sleepwalking. You still have to be held responsible and kept away from society just the same. Unfortunately the law looks at it differently and you have these situations. Probably even worse in Canada where you had that psycho cut off the guys head on a grayhound bus and was back in the street in no time. All these cases should be life in prison.

The crazy defense made sense when we had crazy houses to lock people up for life and experiment on them with drugs. We don't have that anymore so being crazy shouldn't be a defense. Just go to prison and be crazy there with the rest of the criminals. Simple stuff.

We don't need her kind in society. Execution should be obvious here.

Stalked her children, as at least one tried to flee into his dad's office, and strangled the life out of them. One, two, three. Anyone who doesn't instantly want her tossed into an incinerator is only fit to join her.

Yeah I checked the case in summary just today and came to the same conclusion, it's clearly just a fake insanity defense for intentional manslaughter. This defense can only be played out because the suspect is a woman and female jurors want to believe she's innocent on the basis of her gender alone
