I went on a road trip to Saskatchewan and Alberta. What nice provinces to live in still. A few photos

if you are interested in life in old western Canada, you owe it to yourself to visit this place: https://www.sukanenshipmuseum.ca/

It's basically a small village made up of relocated buildings. One of them is John Diefenbaker's childhood home, which consists of two rooms.

There's also the ship itself (what a crazy story that is!) and many other things from the settler days. 10/10 experience and seeing everything will take a whole afternoon.

After the Prussians (Germans) kicked France's ass in the Franco-Prussian War spiked helmets were very fashionable in militaries for a while.
