The statement from the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians was driven by “the plethora and huge amount of harassment and bullying emergency physicians are experiencing across the country for shedding light on dangerous overcrowding conditions, a lack of (patient) flow and a pandemic of unreported deaths in our waiting rooms,” said first author and Prince Edward Island emergency physician Dr. Trevor Jain. Emergency doctors recently warned that preventable deaths are occurring “with unsettling regularity, not randomly, not rarely,” a function of overwhelmed emergency departments that are the only part of the health system that can’t say no, Jain said.

There's no doubt the medical system here has major issues and overcrowding but you still got to be careful cuz a lot of the doctors and nurses if they have to work more than 2 hours a day would say they're overwhelmed.
 
get rid of the mmmgrants and problem solved also what was found in Alberta is the left are making sure that the leftist controlled hospitals use any excuse they can use to keep the beds full. people who should be discharged after a week or two can be there for 90 days in some cases longer. This is insane. UCP in Alberta is having to watch the health professionals to make sure people are discharged immediately as sson as they can be discharged. Home care then is provided as an option if more care is needed. If mobility is an issue then then free transportation can be provided to return people to the hospital for basic care as well. Even with this in Alberta the health system legislated they are refusing to free up beds and continuing to hold patients longer then they should.

this is a tactic the NDP stooges are using to say the system is broken and only they can fix it. The media amplifies this messaging. NDP want to do as they do always and use the system to launder money. Use healthcare as a weapon and a giant psyop on the good people of Alberta.
