On the fourth anniversary of the Trumped up criminal charges against me during the Truckers convoy- The lawfare starts once again.
Today the Ontario Court of Appeals overturned an earlier decision by the Superior Court that stayed the prosecution against me.
In October 2024 the Ontario Superior Court ruled the Crown took too long to prosecute me, which violated my constitutional Right to a speedy trial. The Crown and the Court of Appeal then took another 18 months to decide the first court erred.
