Child labour is on the rise

I was the first male in my family that even got to go to high school. It was pretty typical at age 12 or 13 to take the boys out from school to work the family business. Both my uncle and my father are incredibly successful despite having an 8th grade education.

I am not saying any of that is right but you look at the sort of rainbow flag, learned helplessness, social engineering nonsense that comes out of public school and I can't say getting kids to work young is the worst thing in the world.

Of course in my family's case the business was powerlines not burger flipping.
 
Leftists horrified to find that ten year old illegals are working overnight shifts in slaughterhouses. This is what you wanted. This is what you're fighting for.
 
They actually know this they just can't admit it in public. It was always about cheap to free labor. Leftism cannot exist without a class of people to do labor while receiving zero in exchange.

Which is the only thing I see good about AI, once you have robot slaves you won't have to import the third world. Oh, they still will import the third world, but it removes an argument for it.
 
@ovarieasy They're here to pay our pensions. Tacit admission that we expect to receive benefits for which we have not adequately paid or ensured a large enough population to support.

I just want rid of these people, liberals want to insert them into the bottom rung of a pyramid scheme. Somehow this makes me the asshole.
