Newfoundland’s COVID-related entry limit constitutional, court says
The Supreme Court of Canada has affirmed the constitutionality of a pandemic-related restriction that curbed travel for public health reasons.
The order violated her constitutional right but that didnt matter cause of the pandemic??? The province never made this a law only a mandate far as i can tell. What the heck is happening to our courts?
Make this make sense?
Some more info
The travel restrictions were authorized by the Public Health Protection and Promotion Act (PHPPA).
