Conservative MP Jamil Jivani is heading to Washington, and the timing couldn’t be more strategic. With Canada–US trade tensions simmering, Jivani’s close relationship with U.S. Vice President JD Vance could give Canada a rare advantage — and the Conservative Party knows it.This move signals something bigger. Pierre Poilievre, Jivani, and the Conservatives are taking a calculated step that runs directly against what many believe Mark Carney and the Liberals want. Their political strategy depends on keeping division alive heading into the next election, and a successful diplomatic breakthrough would disrupt that narrative entirely. But this moment is also revealing something deeper about Canada. It’s becoming a test of priorities:Do Canadians want what’s best for their country, or are some so consumed by their dislike of Donald Trump that they’d rather see Jivani fail? Criticism of Jivani has already started, and it raises uncomfortable questions — especially for the Baby Boomers who helped elect the Liberals.Do they support Canada’s interests, or are they rooting against a Canadian MP simply because of who he’s talking to in Washington? And even more pointed: Is their dislike of Trump stronger than their concern for the future of their own children and grandchildren? This story is just beginning, and the reaction across the country will say a lot about where Canadians stand.

Trust me when I tell you they just hate Trump. There is no love for Canada or their grandchildren at all. They are resentful that the world will move on without them and are going to wreck the place out of spite. Don't believe me just try and talk domestic Canadian issues without the word Trump being used.

We have noticed women of a particular age group going absolutely insane at anything that man says or does. It was her turn after all.

Boomers are now going through a crisis of "it wasn't supposed to be like this" this is a crisis pretty much everybody under 50 went through a long time ago and is the default state of people under like 20. They don't have the humility or mental faculty to see the problems are largely their fault.

It's easier to throw a tantrum and break things while pulling your hair out than it is to admit you were wrong and have been wrong for a very long time.

The wreckage after the tantrum is also Trump's fault, he made them behave like that after all.

Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.

Proverbs 16:18

Canadians let the media determine their thoughts, it's part of being domesticated cattle.

When a gaggle of boomer women bitch about Trump, they might as well say "MOO! MOO!" like the cattle they are. Their mouth noises are of no consequence.

The men aren't any better, because the only way they get any of that aged pussy is by placating the unhinged women.

My best argument to all of this: "If what you believe is true, then you have to assume that the media, government and everyone that is influencing you actually cares about your well being and wants what's best for you and your family RATHER THAN their own self interests. Now, which one of those description is more in line with human behaviour?"

If they balk at this, ask them if marketing companies care about your health or just want to sell you their shit. It's the same concept. It's such a shame that people who have spent so much time on this Earth could be this empty minded.

The funny thing is when you ask for details or examples why these people hate Trump they usually can not come up with a reason. They just parrot cbc or cnn.................
