I know his 51st state talk is probably just posturing, but he will not let Canada fall outside the American sphere of influence. He won't relinquish control of Canada's ports, Canada's border or the Arctic Ocean to China. So, yes, the Boomers wasted their votes, because no matter what they want, Trump isn't just going to throw us to the globalist wolves. We're too important to US national interests.

What the "elbows up" chicken-dance cult fails to appreciate is that the US has always had the ability to conquer Canada if it wanted to, and it does still regardless of how much they squawk about it; if the Americans have so far chosen not to invade us it's because economic subversion and exploitation are much easier
