The globalists are too big to beat... so many claimed... how about The UN could run out of cash within months — The Economist

Even Municipal politicians and managers get bombarded with UN directives that they're forced to follow or there's backlash and funding cuts. It's very strange that they're so involved at every level of government.

Not even municipalities but also executives of public companies that aren't even that big. A lot of it stems from a cry to authority and power tripping. People want to defer to the UN as being an authority on things and people who're concerned with power often try to force this UN authority on others as a power trip. It's similar to the "trust the experts" imitative we saw during covid. Leaders of public companies with board members and whole executive teams often have difficulty defending against pushes for UN initiatives because the CEO would have to basically say they know better than the UN and then all the board and other executives start jostling for power and influence by acting like their submission to the UN is proof of their own superiority in "trusting the experts". Leaders of these companies just submit to the UN initiatives because they're more concerned with not rocking the boat and getting a paycheque than trying to fight all the obedient NPCs pushing these initiatives.
